At Performance Enablers, we understand that the quality of leadership plays a pivotal role in determining an organization’s success. Enhancing leadership effectiveness therefore, has remained the primary focus of our services.

Basis our experience in the field, we have now built a propritary framework called Leadership Excellence System (LES).

LES serves as a guide for us to help organizations enhance their practice of leadership.

It has three interlinked elements:

1. Leadership Excellence Model (LEM):

The forces and their interplay that shape leadership excellence — and ultimately organizational excellence.

2. Leadership Maturity Profile:

The stages through which leadership practice evolves in an organization.

3. Leadership Excellence Index (LEI) Diagnostic:

A structured tool to assess current level of leadership and craft the path forward.

Based on this proprietory framework and tool, we can help organizations at every stage of the leadership effectiveness intervention e.g:

  1. Crafting the leadership model that works for the organization today and also for the future.
  2. Gauging the current level of capability of your leaders across levels- individually and collectively for the top team, using the structured propritary diagnostic and discovery conversations / Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
  3. Crafting the development journeys Based on the diagnostic, we craft customized interventions to better deploy the strengths and bridge the mindset and capability gaps across the organization. While interventions are specific to the context of each organization, some of the common tools and processes utilized are: Customized Workshops, Executive Coaching, Action Learning Projects, Tweaking people processes to reinforce desired leadership mindset and behaviours, 360 degrees feedback to gauge the effectiveness of the intervention, stateholders’ facilitation etc.
  4. Enhancing key management processes and practices like setting goals, sourcing new business, execution discipline and review mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement.
  5. Building internal capability and self-sustaining systems We build capability in the internal teams and work towards implementing self-sustaining systems that ensure long-term impact and continuous growth, even after our engagement is completed.
    • Startups: While leadership has a critical role in success of every organizations, for startups that are scaling, it is a make or break factor. We have therefore, paid special attention to startups that are scaling and have built proprietary tools i.e. a diagnostic to help them the readiness to scale and also a framework to help build leadership architecture ahead of the scale.
